S + D Whistler Elopement

Happy Wedding Wednesday!

We are so excited to share with you the beautiful elopement of Steph & Dave. This micro-wedding will sure be one to remember as this day was filled with so much adventure and excitement!

After hiking to their ceremony location in Whistler, these two lovebirds eloped near the stunning area of Cheakamus lake surrounded at a safe distance by a small group of friends and family.

BRIDAL LOOK

Kayla, our Senior Makeup Artist from the team, created this soft and natural makeup look on Steph. Starting with the eyes, a nude cream shadow stick was applied all over the lid to prime Steph’s eyes. The Elemental Palette from Glo Skin Beauty has the perfect earth tone shades to create this look. To create shape to the eye, a soft taupe brown was applied in the crease. Next, a dark chocolate brown was used on the outer corner of the eye to give a subtle smokey look. A gel-liner was used to line the lash line followed with a lengthening waterproof mascara on the lashes. To give this look some extra glam, a set of mink lashes were applied.

For Steph’s complexion the focus was to keep her skin looking natural and healthy with a luminous finish. To achieve this a tone correcting primer was applied to even out her skin. Next a radiant liquid foundation was used followed with an concealer to correct any imperfections. A setting powder was used all over the skin to keep the complexion flawless all day long. Bronzer was applied to warm up Steph’s skin and a pop of natural pink blush on the cheeks. To complete the look a rosy pink lipstick was applied to her lips.

Our talented hair stylist, Shelley, styled Steph’s hair into a gorgeous twisted up-do. This loose casual styled up-do was so romantic with soft curling tendrils hanging down. This blushing bride was ready to get married!
