Romantic Seaside Wedding

Its that time of the week again, Wedding Wednesday!

Heather and Kevin’s romantic seaside wedding was held in her parents breathtaking backyard last summer. From the gorgeous pale blue colour scheme, to the collected seashell decor this Bride’s vision of seaside colours and intimate surroundings came to a reality. We were once again very lucky to work with a great team of vendors including Spread Love Events & Taryn Baxter Photography (full list of vendors at the bottom of post).

The morning started with a very relaxed and calm getting ready process with both Heather and her 8 Bridesmaids in her parents home. Heather and I had initally met the year prior when I did her makeup for her sisters wedding (which was a beautiful wedding as well). I have to say her naturally stunning features made my job very easy! I knew she would make for a beautiful Bride.

Bridal Makeup Look:

We decided to go for a classic, romantic makeup style for Heather. We used my favourite Armani foundation to even out her complexion and a matte bronzer to warm up her skin tone. On her eyes I used shades browns with black (gel liner of course) to really make her vibrant blue eyes pop. We chose a taffy pink lip colour and lip liner to enhance her eye colour and compliment her colour scheme. We then finished off with a light gloss to create shine and fullness. It was very important for Heather to feel comfortable and look comfortable in the makeup.
