Oceanside Styled Shoot

This week for Wedding Wednesday we are sharing our Oceanside Styled Shoot, which was recently featured in Grey Like’s! We had the pleasure of teaming up with some very talented vendors for this collaboration (see below).

The overall feel for this shoot was raw, natural and minimalistic. Taffete Design created an amazing set up on the rocks using crisp cool tones, tying in with the beautiful ocean landscape.  Special Moments did a fabulous job with the lush florals and greenery, the bouquet completed the shoot perfectly.

Camilla Anchisi Photography captured so much emotion and true beauty through every aspect of this shoot. We just love the texture amongst every detail!

The chiffon skirt with a lace overlay top (from Union Bridal) looked stunning on Kristina. It fit her perfectly.

The Bridal Look:

The minimalist look we chose was perfect with the ocean side breeze and soft light. Both myself and my right hand girl Emily, styled the hair and makeup! For Kristina’s hair we added a single long braid to enhance texture and a more bohemian vibe to the overall look! Here is the beauty breakdown:

Complexion:

Primer: Stila one step illuminating primer. Foundation: Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer (the perfect light-weight coverage. We avoided a setting powder for this look as Kristina had the perfect glow to her skin!

Cheek & Lip:

Blush: Stila convertible compact in camellia to give some colour and highlight her cheek bones. Lips: Glo minerals in demure (a raspberry/neutral toned lip crayon)..

Eyes:

Primer: Paul & Joe (even out the skin tone on the eye lids).  ShadowStila “Spirit” Palette. Lashes: Stila’s extreme lash mascara.
