H & N’s Ellis Building Wedding

For today’s wedding we are sharing Helen and Natasha’s big day.

The ceremony and reception was held at the understated Ellis Building which provided a very intimate and unique space with a vintage vibe. The overall feeling you get when looking at pictures of this wedding day are so happy and fun.

The couple made the excellent choice of Shari + Mike as their photographers who captured all that joy and love in every shot!

BRIDAL LOOK

For Helen, a natural colour palette with warm undertones was chosen to compliment her skin tone. On the lids, bronze and dark brown created a soft smokey look that complimented her pretty brown eyes. Brushed up brows gave a naturally full look that framed her eyes. Black liner was kept thin for a wide eye effect and a few individual lashes added subtle length and volume.

Glowing, flawless skin was achieved with Glo Skin Beauty’s Luminous Liquid Foundation.  A soft peachy, terracotta lip & bronzer tied the look together.

Hair was styled down with lived in loose curls.

As we head into Fall, the colour palette of this wedding is very fitting with deep shades of maroon and ruby, found in the florals and bride Natasha’s gorgeous velvet suit. Helen is the owner of Thomas Hobbs Florist, who of course provided the beautiful flowers for the bouquets, boutonniere and arrangements.

Union Bridal is where Helen found her lovely lacy dress. The buttons down the front are a cool detail you don’t see often! Keep reading to hear more about the look our makeup artist Andrea created for Helen.

Thank you for tuning in for another Wedding Wednesday and congratulations to the happy couple!
