This week for Wedding Wednesday we are featuring A&S’s big day at the UBC Botanical Gardens! It has been just over a year since these two tied the knot surrounded by family and friends.
This classic Persian style wedding was pulled off effortlessly by the planning of Kiri from Dreamgroup productions. The dreamy vintage and rustic decor by Bespoke still has us swooning to this day!
The Bridal Look:
My team members Emily & Christina had the pleasure of beautifying Arezou and her ladies. For Arezou’s hair, she chose a soft curl swept to the side for a classic bridal look.
Complexion: Emily began evening out Arezou’s skin with the Stila one step correct primer, and the always flawless Armani Foundation buffed into the skin. To ensure a long wear finish she used the Laura Mercier invisible setting powder.
Cheeks & Lips: With Stila bronzer in shade “light” as a soft contour, Emily swept the Paul & Joe blush in shade “02” from the apples of the cheeks back to the hair line. To compliment the cheeks she chose the glo minerals lip crayon in shade “chiffon”.
Eyes: Arezou requested a lash line focus with a bright lid. Emily used Paul and Joe eye primer to brighten and create shadow from creasing on the eyelid. Next, she applied a taupe shade from the Stila “soul” palette to create depth on the lid. For a bold lash line Emily finished with the Bobbi Brown black gel liner and a full set of lashes!
Arezou chose a classic all white bridal bouquet. These crisp white roses arranged by Vancouver Florist complimented her look perfectly!
