This week for Wedding Wednesday we are reminiscing on Jennifer & Daniel’s wedding this past August! Everything about this day created feelings of romance and elegance through the talented photography of Jaime Delaine. With a soft blush bridesmaid dress and a lace detailed wedding gown, Jennifer and her ladies looked stunning!

Jennifer and Daniel said there I do’s in a beautiful Catholic church Our lady of Fatima Portugese Parish. The reception followed at the Marriott Pinnacle. Jennifer planned her big day all on her own which as you can see in the photos below, looks like the work of an experienced wedding planner!

I have to say, I love how Jennifer chose to change up the robe tradition with having her mother in a pink robe and having herself and bridal party and all white. I love seeing brides who add there own touches!

The Bridal Look:

Christina and I had the pleasure of beautifying Jennifer for her engagement shoot as well as a consult closer to the wedding day. Come wedding day, we had perfected her makeup and hair look! Christina (senior hair stylist) did a fabulous job on the entire bridal party’s hair.

Jennifer had mentioned to me at her trial that she would like a glowing, bronzy look. We started the complexion with a radiance primer to create a smooth glow to the skin. We then used my favourite foundation blended with my go to illuminator to add even more of a glow! Next, to set the foundation I used a light oil free powder and bronzer on the high points of the face.

For Jennifer’s eyes we went for a soft smokey look using warm colour tones. First with a champagne shadow in the inner corner then blending a darker bronze eyeshadow in the crease. After applying a bold black gel liner we finished off the look with a full set of fluttery mink lashes.
