This week for Wedding Wednesday we are featuring Alicia and Adam’s North Arm Farm Wedding. These two tied the knot this past weekend last year and are now celebrating one year of wedded bliss!
Alicia is a local lifestyle blogger. I can imagine most of you already follow her, but if you don’t you must give her blog a read! With Alicia’s creative eye her wedding was absolutely stunning. Her good friends from Best Day Ever helped with the amazing decor and setup. From the all white bridal party to the overflowing neutral bouquets from Flower Factory this farm wedding was magical.
North Arm farm is becoming one of our favourite venues especially when its captured through the talented lens of Shari and Mike!
I have had the pleasure of beautifying Alicia many times over the last couple years for various photoshoots (which you can find on her blog)! We have done everything from natural dewy makeup to bold and glamorous. Nadia Bullock was working her magic on hair and did an amazing job with everyone. It was such a great morning with all the ladies. I will never forget being a part of Alicia’s day and not to mention all the laughs we had (which lead us to crying because we were laughing so hard…haha). Such great memories!!
The Bridal look:
Alicia can seriously pull off any look. Whether its her favourite bold red lip, or a dark smokey eye Alicia always looks stunning!
I started off with an illuminating primer to enhance Alicia’s already even complexion. Then used my go-to Armani luminous silk foundation to ensure a lasting flawless look to the skin, and finished with an oil control powder to control any shine throughout the day.
For Alicia’s eyes I decided to create a naturally contoured eye using a taupe and beige matte tones and kept the focus at the lash line with a bold black eye liner. I then applied a full set of mink lashes to complete the look.
My last step was finishing with a soft pink/bronzed blush and a nude pink lip for the ceremony. Alicia then switched to a bright red lip for dinner and dancing in the evening!
Congratulations A & A! and Happy Anniversary!
