We are so happy to share with you the beautiful micro-wedding celebration of Karmen & Ray. Held at the stunning venue, The Permanent, the day was filled with so much love and happiness considering the uncertainty the world was facing. BRIDAL LOOK

Owner and founder of The Beauty Co, Denise Elliott, created this elegant makeup look on Karmen. Denise focused on enhancing her natural beauty keeping the makeup soft and romantic.

Starting with the eyes, Denise used the Elemental eye shadow palette from Glo Skin Beauty, a gorgeous palette of soft neutrals. A black gel liner by Stila Cosmetics was added to the upper lash line and coats of a volumizing mascara on the lashes. To make the lashes look fuller a romantic a set of mink lashes were added to make Karmen’s eyes really stand out. Brows were filled in with a fine precise brow liner following their natural shape.

For complexion, Denise prepped Karmen’s skin using a primer to correct any unevenness. To keep the skin looking dewy and fresh a luminous foundation was applied followed with an under eye concealer to brighten up the eye area. To keep this glowing complexion lasting all day a pressed powder was used to finish and set the makeup. Bringing colour into the cheeks a soft rosy-pink blush was applied and a soft bronzer to give the skin an all over healthy sun-kissed glow. Karmen’s lips were lined and filled using a nude lip liner that suited her natural lip tone. A creamy pink-nude lipstick was applied over top. To ensure Karmen’s makeup lasted and stayed flawless all day a make-up setting spray was misted on the face to refresh the skin and set the makeup.

Our talented Master Hair Stylist, Dove had the pleasure of doing Karmen’s hair for her big day. She styled Karmen’s hair into an elegant half twisted up-do with soft cascading curls and finishing the hair with a beautiful crystal head piece.
