Intimate Backyard Wedding

Renata and James were married during the heat of the summer in the midst of Covid. This did not hold them back from bringing there closest family and friends together in the safest capacity to celebrate their love.

With stunning architecture and breathtaking design, the venue of their family home was the perfect spot to say I do!

The Bridal Look

It was important for Renata to look and feel just like herself in the most natural way. Emily, one of our senior artists at the Beauty Co. listened closely to Renata’s wishes and preferences to create the perfect bridal makeup for her!

For Renata’s eyes, Emily applied a Glo Skin Beauty Cream Stay Shadow Stick in the shade Shell for neutral base colour. This acts as a primer for powder eyeshadow too so there was no creasing or fading. After that step, soft neutrals from the Glo Skin Beauty Elemental Palette were applied to the lids. A thin line of black liner and individual lashes added definition to the eyes.

Emily added a pop rose blush to the apples of Renata’s amazing cheekbones, sweeping up to accentuate them and give a lifted look. A deep wine red lipstick looked gorgeous on Renata’s lovely full lips.

Alicia, senior hair stylist, swept Renata’s hair into an effortless high bun. The hair look was kept causal and modern with pieces out around the face and the bun itself was not too tight or rounded. Alicia used Living Proof Body Builder to give Renata’s hair grip and to give texture. Living Proof Control Hair Spray kept the hair in place, taming any unwanted frizz or flyaways.
