With Denise on makeup and Christina on hair, our glam squad were so excited by this vision and to play their part in bringing it all to life!
The Beauty Breakdown:
Makeup Look
When our DE Beauty Co. Owner, Denise Elliott, first met Aida, she noticed her beautiful big brown eyes and knew she wanted to play them up with an eye focused makeup look. Denise loves to use warm tones and neutral shades like the ones in the Glo Skin Beauty Elemental Eye Shadow Palette. She kept the smokey brown colours in a soft V on the outer lid which created a wide eye effect.
“Whenever I want to bring attention to the eyes and make them look bigger I love to use our DE Beauty Co Mink Lashes. They are soft and fluttery and make the eyes look more open.”
Denise achieved a flawless base for Aida’s makeup with Stila Stay-All-Day Foundation & Concealer, using her go-to bronzer from Glo Skin Beauty to contour and give Aida’s skin a sun kissed touch. Stila Convertible Colour in the shade Camellia is one of Denise’s favourite blushes to use on a warm caramel complexion like Aida’s for a subtle glow of colour.

Aida’s eyes stay the focus with the perfect pinky nude pout Denise chose for her; one our best selling lipsticks, Glo Skin Beauty Cream Glaze Crayon in Chiffon.
Hair Look
Our Master hair stylist Christina wanted to give Aida beachy looking hair that still looked glamourous. She created soft waves, sweeping half up into a loose braid. Long hair like Aida’s can be prone to breakage and split ends when using too much heat on it, so Christina protected her lovely locks and started with with Living Proof Heat Styling Spray, a lightweight heat protectant spray without silicones.
“The key to creating the perfect beachy curls is using a flat iron and pulling gently on each curl to relax it.”
For buildable body that maintains airiness, movement and light hold, Christina used Living Proof Body Builder all through the hair. “Then I break it all up again by combing through the whole head of hair with my fingers. It gives a effortless feel to the overall look.”
